SOME VISUALS ON MY MORNING WALK
SO I WALK IN THE MALL MON-THURS BECAUSE IT'S COLD OUTSIDE AND I HAVE TO TAKE SOFIA WITH ME. IT'S VERY CONVENIENT BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A BABY SITTER TO WATCH HER EVERYDAY AND ONE LAP AROUND THE MALL IS A MILE. HOW WONDERFUL IS THAT??? IT'S TIME FOR ME TO LOSE THIS BABY WEIGHT. SOFIA WILL BE A YEAR OLD IN THREE MONTHS AND I'M NOT GOING TO HER BIRTHDAY PARTY PUDGY AS IF I JUST BROUGHT HER HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL. PLUS I WANT TO LOOK GREAT FOR MYSELF AND FOR MY HUBBY. HE LOOKS GREAT HIMSELF...HE HAS A VERY PHYSICAL JOB AND HE'S LOST WEIGHT. SO I WANT TO LOOK GREAT TOGETHER. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO FIT INTO MY OLD CLOTHES.
OKAY YOU GET THE POINT..I KNOW. BUT WHEN I WALK IN THE MALL EVERYDAY, I LOVE SEEING IMAGES THAT MAKES ME WANT TO PUSH MYSELF EVERYDAY TO DO BETTER. SO I AM JUST GOING TO POST THEM. ONE IS OF A BRA AND UNDERWEAR SET ON A HEADLESS STATUE WITH NO BODY. WHEN I WAS WORKING OUT AT THIS GYM A LONG TIME AGO. MY FITNESS TEACHER POSTED BIKINI'S IN THE FITNESS ROOM AND ALWAYS YELLED OUT...think bikini think bikini. SO THAT'S WHAT I THINK OF EVERY TIME I SEE THIS WHEN I'M WALKING. AND THE OTHER IMAGE IS JUST A STATUE OF A PHYSICALLY FIT BODY THAT MAKES ME WANT TO GET BACK IN SHAPE ASAP. lol

How to lose 20lbs in 2 weeks
Okay I'm going to add this to my routine. working out twice a day. walking four miles in the morning and when the kids go to bed it's zumba nation at night. i'm not going to do a full workout just a 30 to 35 minute workout. wish me luck!!!

grumpy today!!!
i'm very grumpy right now...i hate this process of weigh loss. it's because i'm tired too and i need a break. my four year old never listens and to make myself feel better to calm me down i found comfort with food and sodas. now i can't just eat anything and its making me a little grumpy. i need to snap out of this mood...so i'm going to post the video that made me want to do weight watchers.
this makes me want to stay on track!!!!

ALWAYS!!!
My skinny jeans
I went to my moms to pick up some of my old clothes...my skinny jeans. I need to post pictures of what I am working towards of what I would like to look like. So I am just posting a picture of Rhianna in Take A Bow, she looks amazing. It's sad but true, I wear a size 14 but thank God I am still in juniors. I am not in the plus size. This blog is my vision board of getting myself back to where I use to be before I got married and had kids. I am going to start with my size twelves then go down, down, down. I've dont this before getting rid of my baby weight from Olivia. But this time I am doing it the SMART way. No crash diets here!!! WISH ME LUCK.
